Using Kind Whisper
These terms apply to the Kind Whisper website and mobile application. By using the service, you agree to them and to use the service in compliance with applicable law.
What Kind Whisper provides
Kind Whisper provides communication and educational support across difficult written communication, digital kindness, cyberbullying awareness, and digital awareness. Rewrite results, educational guidance, and observations may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable, or different from what you intended. You are responsible for reviewing information and deciding what to send, share, believe, report, or act on.
What Kind Whisper does not provide
Kind Whisper is not therapy, legal advice, medical advice, an emergency service, an HR management system, a school administration system, a student-surveillance product, a harassment investigation service, or a deepfake or misinformation detector. It does not determine whether media is authentic, determine objective truth, diagnose bullying, or replace educators, counselors, parents, employers, platforms, law enforcement, or other appropriate professionals.
Your responsibilities
You agree not to use Kind Whisper to threaten, harass, exploit, deceive, impersonate, create unlawful harmful content, submit information you do not have the right to process, disrupt the service, or circumvent security or usage controls. You keep ownership of text you submit and give Kind Whisper only the limited permission needed to process it and return the requested result.
Premium, pilots, and organizational services
KindWhisper Premium is currently offered at $99/month as a pricing hypothesis and may change for future customers. Custom Work and School pilots and annual organizational agreements may have separate written scope, pricing, privacy, payment, and support terms. Unless stated otherwise in a written agreement, subscriptions continue until canceled under the billing provider’s terms.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, pricing, educational material, or availability to maintain security, comply with platform rules, or improve the service.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kind Whisper is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Kind Whisper is not responsible for messages you choose to send or decisions made from generated or educational content. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
