Using KindWhisper
These terms apply to the KindWhisper website and mobile application. By using the service, you agree to them and to use the service in compliance with applicable law.
What KindWhisper provides
KindWhisper helps you rewrite difficult messages and provides practical educational guidance about digital communication and online awareness. Results and guidance may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable, or different from what you intended. You are responsible for reviewing the result and deciding what to send, share, report, or act on.
What KindWhisper does not provide
KindWhisper is not therapy, legal advice, medical advice, an emergency service, an HR management system, a school administration system, a student-surveillance product, a harassment investigation service, or a deepfake or misinformation detector.
Your responsibilities
You agree not to use KindWhisper to threaten, harass, exploit, deceive, impersonate, create unlawful harmful content, submit information you do not have the right to process, disrupt the service, or circumvent security or usage controls.
Premium, pilots, and organizational services
KindWhisper may offer Premium at $9.99/month, subject to the features and purchase terms shown at checkout. Work pilots are generally offered from $500 to $1,500 and School staff pilots from $500 to $2,000, with final scope agreed before purchase. Annual organizational agreements may have separate written pricing, privacy, payment, security, and support terms. Subscriptions continue until canceled according to the billing provider's terms unless stated otherwise.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, pricing, educational material, or availability to maintain security, comply with platform rules, or improve the service.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, KindWhisper is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. KindWhisper is not responsible for messages you choose to send or decisions made from generated or educational content.
